Overall a form of communication that cuts through many boundaries, both on commercial and consumer levels. The beauty of email is that its very simple to use, extremely easy to get to grips with. The European Commission has dropped their anti trust charges against Microsoft following long winded arguments over the legality of providing Internet Explorer with Windows. Under the terms of the deal, around 100 million PCs throughout Europe will show a browser ballot screen in March 2010.
The ballot screen will appear during a Windows update for XP, Vista and 7 assuming the user has retained IE as their default browser. Those that buy a new PC will see the screen the first time they access the web.

Troubleshooting your browser:One of the web's irritating experiences is that sometimes web browsers do freeze or crash. Try these techniques to solve your problem
On a PC > hold down these keys "Ctrl+Alt+Del"
On a Mac > press "Apple+Alt+Esc"
A dialog box will pop up listing all the programs currently running. Select the disobedient browser and press 'End task' or 'Force quit'. Confirm your decision and this should close your browser. If this does not help and your computer will not respond reboot your machine by holding down the power button for five second.
